Fostermation, Inc. has over thirty single-spindle Swiss automatic screw machines, including units that are retrofit with CNC capabilities. We are capable of turning in a diameter range of .020″ to .500″ and lengths up to 18″. In some instances, we can produce pins and shafts of lengths of up to 48″, depending upon piece configuration.

We are capable of grooving, slotting, knurling, threading, drilling, milling and grinding, using attachments or with secondary operations. Fostermation, Inc. will determine which combination of processes will yield the most cost-efficient, and therefore most economical, method by which to satisfy your requirements.
